The equipment used to prepare the bbq taste treat is extraordinary.  Kodiak brought in two 22-foot  smokers from Houston, Texas. The partners use Apple wood to create the “rejoicing” lips they promise.

They also have a whole hog rotisserie. Imagine the delight of your friends and family watching this process as dinner is prepared.

And smoking is all done naturally. The process is given the hours it needs to build the flavours that customers love.  There are no chemicals used to shorten the process.
